SEEING A WATCH: all our items are available by appointments only.
BUY A WATCH: any item will not be released until full payment is received. All watches are sold as is due to the nature of vintage timepieces and guarantee 100% authentic. TimeXchange offers one year warranty of the movement accuracy but not waterproof. Customer is responsible to inspect the watch before purchase and return will not be accepted.

DELIVERY INFORMATIONS: 48 hours after the full payment is received all watches will be shipped by FedEx International fully insured with tracking number after full payment is received. If package are lost or stolen, a refund will be issued only after the approval of the insurance claim by our insurance vendor.
RETURN: Return is only accepted if the item is proven to be unauthentic, and customers are advised to contact us immediately and return item in the exact same condition before purchase. All international return must be sent back by the same method as when it was received and must be fully insured paid by customer. Refund will be issued within 7 days after the watch has been inspected. Return might not be accepted if any part of the watch is/are being damaged in any circumstances. timeXchange will reserve the right to claim repairing fee and compensation due to the loss of its originality.
