Replacing the Explorer 6150 the 6610 was only produced for 5 years. This very one is to die for.
Serial: 360,xxx (1957/58) backcase Q1 1958
Dial: Glossy black dial. 3-6-9 numerals signature of the « Explorer » line here in beautiful aged radium. The chapter ring and the prints are silver which contrasts with the patina of the radium index & numerals. « Officially Certified Chronometer » of the slimmer 1030 movement offering a flatter caseback.
Case: retains its original proportions with the holes still perfectly aligned vs the edges of the lugs. Fantastic for 60 years watch!
