PATEK PHILIPPE Aquanaut Jumbo 5065A crazy condition with pronounced patina tritium full set
Original Jumbo 5065A of 38mm produced from 1997 to end of 2006. The presented timepiece was manufactured in 2001 and sold in 2002 in Taiwan. It comes with a complete set and carries the famous Geneva seal on its movement.
Serial / movement: 3,01x,xxx/4.10x.xxx (2001).
Dial: raised guilloché motif mirroring the pattern & texture of its rubber strap and applied Arabic numerals. The tritium of the index have caught a particularly pronounced yellow patina especially sought after by collectors. The hands have another luminous mix than the index as they glow differently and in a very subtle way.
Case: very thick with the satin-brushed finished.
Bracelets: featured with its original black rubber strap.
Papers & box: original guarantee, cover box, box (another flaking one…what a shame Patek used this supplier), booklets.
A truely marvelous Jumbo sized Aquanaut with soul supplement. It remains the timepiece carrying one of the largest and fully deserved sympathetic capital.
